As a homebuyer, you deserve to know the condition of the home and what its repair needs are before you finalize your purchase. During a Buyer’s Inspection, we uncover the issues in the home while answering your questions about its operation and maintenance needs. By the time you’ve gone over the inspection report, you will feel confident to negotiate your deal and handle any necessary repairs.
Thermal Imaging Coming Soon
We will be offering Thermal Imaging for free as needed during all inspection services. With an infrared camera, we can scan areas of the home for areas of temperature discrepancies that wouldn’t be visible to the naked eye. We do this wherever we may suspect hidden moisture intrusion, such as around doors and windows or behind the walls of the home.
Sellers can prepare themselves before listing a home by scheduling a Seller’s Inspection. We find damages in the home that a seller may not even be aware of, making sure that they have time to repair the home as needed before listing.
After a Buyer’s Inspection, the buyer and seller will negotiate home repairs that should be made for closing. A Re-Inspection can offer peace of mind that these agreements were honored. We will revisit the home, focusing on the new repairs and assessing their quality and completeness.
Radon is a toxic gas that naturally occurs in soil and can drift up into the home, becoming trapped. Exposure to radon is a leading cause of lung cancer. Radon often goes unnoticed, as the gas is invisible and odorless. Keep your home and family safe by having us perform a Radon Test.
